The 35th Annual Charity Dinner and Boxing Night, run by the Rotary Club of Guildford District, is to be held at the HG Wells Centre Woking on Monday 5th March 2012.

Each year the evening is a great success by raising in excess of £20k for deserving causes. This year’s primary charity is to be Cherry Trees who provide respite care for
children and young people with severe learning and physical disabilities.
Proposed celebrity guests include Gold Medalist Vicki Hansford, nine other Paralympians and Olympians, wildlife artist David Shepherd, the Mayor of Woking, Rotary Dignitaries and our Sponsors Colbornes Garages.
Over 260 patrons enjoy a fine dinner, good company, a high roller game of Heads and Tails, grand raffle, quality boxing, and charity auction. The standard of the boxing each year is first class with 8 exciting bouts taking place under the direction of the ABA all arranged by the Guildford City ABC featuring some of their most promising boxers in keen competion from other clubs. Our sincere appreciation to all for their involvement.
Each year we have a charity auction of many desirable elements including an original oil by Honorary Rotarian David Shepherd.
